After the Khan Al-Khalili Bazaar we toured a couple of mosques which offered temporary peace from the busy streets of Cairo. We climbed a minaret of the Al-Ghuri mosque to get a great view of a sunset over Cairo.

After the sunset we attempted to walk back to our hotel. We got lost in a huge fabric market in Islamic Cairo. It was very interesting, but we were also nervous as we were the only tourists there and we couldn't find a way out. We finally made it out only to be more lost so we finally gave up a took a taxi back to the hotel.

The next day we took a morning felucca ride along the Nile River. The ride was relaxing, but there was little to see as the smog had yet to release its grip on the city. After the felucca ride we went to the airport to continue our journey to Sharm el-Sheikh.
