After three years we returned to Disneyland along with Jamie's parents. It was a bit of a challenge wrangling the Kids, but the trip went well. It helped that we spent five days between the parks which allowed us to take our time and have afternoon breaks at the hotel which was literally across the street from Disneyland.

We spent three days at Disneyland which wasn't too crowded, but they were filming both a holiday television special (to be broadcast on Christmas day) and a movie (Saving Mr. Banks). The filming was a bit of distraction, but we avoided the chaos by visiting the areas that weren't affected. Lily and Vivian enjoyed the calmer Fantasy Land rides while Rachel was old enough to ride the roller coasters. She was not quite old enough to fully enjoy them yet though. Jamie's parents were kind enough to take the kids back early one night so we could have a date night to ourselves.
