2015 Road Trip - Monterey

Yosemite | Monterey | Pinnacles | Bay Area | Northern California

The main purpose of our Monterey visit was to see the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I had been there over 25 years ago, but it has changed much since then. Though a bit pricey it is a world class aquarium with an excellent staff and well designed exhibits with a focus on education. The aquarium was huge and it took several hours to explore it all. We also took a stroll along Cannery Row made famous by John Steinbeck. It was very touristy, but fun to explore.
